Expensable ([[url removed, login to view]][1]) is a program used to record Time and Expenses (T&E). It has an export function that allows a user to export these T&E's to an .xml spreadsheet Excel 2002/2003 file via an XML Stylesheet (SS) (.xslt) file.

Expensable has several sample SS files packaged with it (which I will supply as part of the project). I have 2 required Excel formats (1 for Time and 1 for Expenses) that these Style Sheets need to convert the data into

(Expensable -> **.xslt SS** -> .xml Excel spreadsheet file).

The SS's need to do the following:

1. Convert the data into the required .xml Excel format.

2. If possible, create a new sheet with the start date (from the data) as the sheet title, each time it is run. In other words, Expensable allows the user to type in a filename as the Excel file name. I would like to use the same file for a month or quarter with each weeks expenses being a seperate sheet. An example will be supplied.

***In summary:***

This project requires an XML SS to convert data into 2 .xml Excel spreadsheet files. 1 for Time and 1 for Expenses. If the file already exists, a new sheet (labeled with the start date) must be added to the file(s).

**This project should be very simple for someone who knows what they are doing.

shows an example of how these files are created. Attached are the sample files + excel files.
