I need someone to design a POS and Purchase order system on the database attached. Taking into the ability to be able search via Bar codes (using barcode scanner), Part of Product name, Product Code. As well as being able to allow single and mutiple part payments. For Purchase Order system. We need the system to be able to take in to action vat (if Flag is ticked) and delivery charges into the average cost of a product. This will all be logged using a mixture of sales records, Purchase Orders records, Invoice records, Quotes Records, Accounts and a nominal Ledger.
