Add Weekly view to "Booked" plugin for wordpress (2)

Booked is an appointment booking plugin for wordpress. It's a great plugin but It's lacking the "Week" view and only has month or single day views. My requirements are: - adding a custom field ('Instructor') to each appointment entry to define in backend when creating/adding appointments. - Displaying the calendar in frontend in a weekly layout (much similar to default calendar layout) with required information (as in attachment) and sorting out styling and routing issues. (Frontend) - adding filtering dropdown options for displaying entries in calendar. (Frontend) booked resource: [login to view URL] plugin is written in PHP and JS, and preferably my requirements should be done as an add-on and not alteration of main codes if possible.
