Add ability to use multiple coupons on one order to OpenCart 2.3 website

We are looking to add functionality to allow multiple coupons for one transaction in Open Cart for our site. By default Open Cart only allows one. We can implement this code ourselves. We are just looking for the guidance to accomplish this, We are using version 2.3. We are contacting a few folks on fiverr and freelancer, If you could let us know the cost and time frame, that would be ideal. Thanks in advance.
