We have a teamwork like website, and would like the following features added to it:
-Service Workers
-Onboarding process, where creating a project, a staff member/developer can send a link that a user uses to create an account associated with their email for that project. If a users email has an account already associated with it, a invite link gets send that lets the user access the project board
-Move the messaging inside the projects and have them contained within projects
-Rename Wall the Activity and have a running list of all activity on that project such as new files, messages and tasks
-Some visual bugs, such as occasional white screens on switching areas
-Use App shell and other features of progressive web apps
-Gantt Charts, and ability to use them (if using, they get added into the project tab for that client for that specific projects gantt). Gantt charts can be shown spanning all project or specific ones. Maybe use this [login to view URL] (this is GPL so we'd need to release any modifications we make if we use it) or the gantt part of this [login to view URL] though not sure the licence as it is likely in the software or this [login to view URL]
-For customer support, more clear ticketing process with clear sorting of whether something is assigned, solved, closed or on hold similar to this ([login to view URL])
-Customer surveys after tickets closed and tracking for that like here ([login to view URL]) and reporting and metrics on customer support such as from the link
-Ability to make documentation for customers or for certain projects with custom URLS or suburls on the specific project. Ability to customize them though with CSS. Ability to make into a wiki or page.
-Revamp messaging tab on team side for a experience more inline with this: [login to view URL] so it is more for team communication
-Kanban board productivity with similar flow as gantt charts. Can use this open source project as base [login to view URL]
