Add light box to image slider

I have a wordpress website that uses the PixProof gallery plugin. I am using the full width slider however when viewed on mobile phones the images aren't big enough. The gallery plugin already has a jQuery lightbox option for the classic gallery view, but not on the full width slider setting. Basically i need a piece of code adding that loads up the lightbox when someone clicks on the slider.
