Add search and ads into Wordpress theme

I need a wordpress theme modified. I need attention to detail, this is very important to me. The tasks: [login to view URL]: 1) I want this button design integrated. It must have a hover state (the design is next to it) and it must show the number of clicks it received. 2) I want these stats in my backend for each post in a list format: post name // number of clicks. This is so I can quickly see the number of downloads at a glance; 3) in each post I want an ad that's 250 x 250 integrated into it. The ads must change at each page refresh. I will upload 3-6 banners in my backend and they will be displayed equally 33% of the time. See graphicburger dot com inside a post for an example. The ad must be aligned perfectly with the rest of the content.
