Affiliate URL Redirection Script

I need a Redirect Script that "Automatically Convert all external links to affiliate links" Example site that using this script: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] For Example - [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] --- this url will be redirect to shopclues affiliate url. When you click the link on above site, that link will be forwarded to the ecommerce site with aff id. That means they have already added their aff id on his site using php.
