Apply CSS to Membermouse Core Pages

I'm using the membership plugin Membermouse together with Optimizepress. Upon installation Membermouse creates a set of Core-Pages (login page, myaccount page, checkout page, etc.) that doesn't fit into the overall design. I need those pages re-designed with Optimizepress, so that they 1. fit into the sites design 2. retain Membermouse functionality 3. retain responsiveness. I need a re-design of the following pages: - Member Login Page - Checkout Page - My Account Page - Forgot Password Page I've attached a few examples of how the design should be. There is no heavy lifting work here. I just need some CSS modifications for the MM core pages so that they look pretty and professional. Experience with Membermouse necessary. Budget not high, please propose accordingly (in my opinion this shouldn't take more than 3-5 hours).
