I was one of the original programmers of Asterisk.I can write this blindfolded. Anyone who is submitting an honest bid, would tell you that this is already written, all I have to do is show you have to download it and set it up. It happens to be free by the way.

Lots of asterisk / freepbx experience , years in telco and telecomms / pabx will need info on/things to be decided: sip trunks. extensions - type of sip phones and numbering scheme hotel systems/middleware for checkout etc in use (if any). most work will be interface between asterisk and this middleware. project will NOT include the hotel systems themselves , only the comms between them and asterisk.
