As the owner of a company, I'm looking for a proficient web developer to build an attendance management website exclusively for my firm. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating similar websites, with skills in web design and development including front-end and back-end programming.

Key Website Features:

- Employee Login and Attendance Recording: Employees should be able to log in manually and mark their attendance. Further, a unique feature for capturing a photo with every attendance entry needs to be designed.

- Manager Dashboard: The dashboard should enable managers to monitor daily attendance statistics and employee leave status in real time.

- Leave Request and Approval System: A module for processing leave requests and their approval is a must.

Your proposal should focus on how you plan to implement these features, and include any relevant past work and skills. Having experience with similar projects or familiarity with time and attendance systems would be a plus.
