Auto Odds Generator Tool - open to bidding

I would like to have developed an auto Odds generator tool. This is for soccer and I am interested in auto generation of odds for common bet types - those that can be settled/resulted by halftime and/or fulltime scores. The tool should make use of statistics like head-to-head, previous scores and any stats that can be manipulated from a previous or on-going league season or tournament.
