Automated charts from commaseparated files

We're doing car tuneups, and we're using a rolling road to measure the power and torque before and after a tuneup. Power is measured in hk (horsepower) Torque is measured in nm (newtonmeters) These two graphs should be put on a chart, where X and Y axis span will be determined from the values in the .csv file. X axis will be rpm (engine speed), and Y axis should be split, as torque often is the double of the horsepower value. Eg. Y axis 0-300 for bhp and Y axis 0-600 for torque. X axis will typically be 0-5000 > 0-7000. Peak values should be marked on the graphs, like VALUE UNIT @ VALUE rpm, eg. 335,2 hk @ 3871 rpm. The first value should be rounded to 1 decimal, second value (rpm) should be rounded to 0 decimals. X axis should be user defined, so the end user can enter eg. 1000 as min. value and 6000 as max value, and then the product (executable, php script, or whatever you feel can to the job the best) will produce the chart. The .csv file contains a number of lines, including: seconds, nm, hk, rpm Seconds can be omitted. See attached file for example - I've created a JPG file containing the chart as we'd like it to look afterwards (this is based on a .csv file I don't currently have at hand). This example files contains two measurements - another way to do it, could be to provide two separate .csv files, each containing a measurement. Colors could be: dark red for bhp, dark blue for nm (for the "after" measurement), and the same colors, just with opacity, for "before" measurements. Some of the values are null values; these should be omitted. Should have two user input fields, just for output on the chart: License plate Car type Should include a PNG logo as background. Doesn't need to be interchangable. We will provide the PNG file. We'd like a mock up jpg/png/pdf to show how you think the interface should/will look., and a file to show how you imagine the output to look. Use the attached .csv file as the base. As this is a tool to ease the workflow, it should be as simple and effective as possible.
