An experienced Wordpress developer who is used to create custom themes from the ground up.
Expected knowledge in:
HTML, Javascript, PHP, responsive websites (bootstrap framework or/and foundation framework), cross-browser compatiblility (Firefox, chrome, safari, IE 11 and 10)
I want to:
I'll have the static html pages that i would like to be transfered into a WORDPRESS theme, as well all the backend functions that are needed for the wordpress website.
Theme needs to be responsive. Main focus would be that the end project would still be easy for the end user to add new content.
Can you please tell me if the HTML is created to provide the concept or its a full graphics design that needs to be implemented.. Better If I can view it.. Thanks.
