BeTheme Rework a Template Header on a Website

I used the BeTheme Template on the test site is [login to view URL] and I want to make the header and main page scale like [login to view URL] I used a Webkit css style to make the background scale on the sub pages but it would be nice to incorporate the header to do this instead of the background of the page. This must also work for Mobile and the home page needs the Face of the Lady on it which the Template doesn't do. It is a boxed layout minimized menu. Making these elements flow is important. We might need to make a special graphic for mobile so it doesn't scale as much to be tiny. Making the Mobile site flow better will also be the next task. The elements overflow their borders and go off screen. This can be a separate project that will go forward after the first. So the initial work is just the header but more to come later to perfect the test site first.
