Blind Navigation APP required.

We are looking for an App developer (Android based app) to enable the blind to navigate smoothly on the roads without any human support and successfully. We have noticed following common issues /problems which we want to address in the navigation apps which needs to be integrated with google maps +digital assistance like Cortona/Siri,etc..+ Images /colour sensors as explained below. COMMON ISSUES /PROBLEMS with existing Blind Navigation Apps are as follows è Lack of Siri or Cortona like digital assistant tools not included in Apps to enable interactive 100% voice based communication app to guide Blind/ Visually impaired people to move across the roads on their own independently though blind communicator started with a very basic app but not navigation friendly for blind to move from one place to another without human support. è Lack of objects identification in case of WALKYTAKLY app which are blocking blind people way and will not alert the distance in which the object is away from them (by how much distance on which side of the blind person) è Lack of correct objects identification in case of BLIND TOOL app available where it misguides the object name (even commonly used objects like Telephone (for example) will be recognized/reported as remote, etc…) è Lack of image recognitions in navigation apps such as Traffic Signal light color and counter /time left over for blind to cross the road and also lack of recognition of Zebra crossing image in today’s apps are not facilitating the blind è Also Lack of Integrating Skype Video calls kind of feature to help blind communicate with their distance relative using the Digital assistant without pressing a button to help them with live cooking tips, taking appropriate medicines on time, etc….. We are looking to integrate all these problem areas with a solution App for Blind to be named as "ORGAN EYES
