it is a startup in the insurance industry. We are creating a web portal where a user can get quotes for rates from different companies. The project is not very big, we have most the screens with functionality done. As far as technology, we are using Bootstrap, Angularjs, Angularjs Material Design, MongoDB and ASP.NET Web API. You will be responsible for designing the web pages, making them look pretty, ensure cross browser compatibility (we support IE 10+, chrome, firefox latest), and responsiveness (support tablet and up, no phone). I wanted to ask if you could do a test page for us. I would like to get an idea of your work and show to my boss and if all is well we can have you do the entire site. Does that work?
