Bootstrap/Mobile compatible script to generate a configuration file based on inputs

Hello, My current website is this one: [login to view URL] This website let you set up different settings and then it will generate a file from that settings that you chose and you can then download the output in a file. I need a similiar style and script to cover the following part: [login to view URL] From this website, you must create a configurator for me from everything that is listed in the table under the menu "[login to view URL]" (it will start with the first setting for "OverrideEngramEntries" and the last point to configure is "ExcludeItemIndices" As you can see, on the left side you have the command and its structure. in the middle there are the parameters which must be used to set up. On the right side you can usually see an example. I need you to set up a website/software which have a form that covers all those settings and then will generate a structured file from that, which is called "[login to view URL]" then. The "[login to view URL]" file will always start with this: "[/script/[login to view URL]]" and then below all options will be listed. Every new option will start in a new line. For every of these options that are shown in the list, you must be able to add another one, if needed, so that you can actually have more entries of each option (maybe with a kind of "+" Button or "Add" Button. Every newly added option must contain the same values to fill out and in the end all values and options must be considered to be stored in one file. Note: For this option: "LevelExperienceRampOverrides" you can see, that the new options I could add by clicking on a "+" Button, must be added within this command, so this is different from the other options/settings.
