Build a Backend and Connect it with My Recent Android Application

I have made one Stealth spy andorid application. I want to connect it with my website. website is created their may be some basic changes want to done in website. i wanna made php webservices to get data(latitude,longitude,devicename,deviceid) from my mobile application and according to that data it will represent on map of website. map is also has to be make in website which is remain. website is hosted no need to host. it just 1 hour task. i want to do it in 5 hour right now. and payment will be only after completion of work.
