We require a highly skilled programmer and web developer to replicate this website:

Build will include the ability for the free user to upgrade to a priced plan and payment will be processed with Stripe. Like invoicehome - build will include the ability to send a PDF invoice to a user's email.

Functionality might change slightly and we will add any additional cost as required -- so for the purpose of this please price for the cost of copying invoicehome.com. The additional features we know now and should be included in the price are:
1. Change of colour scheme, logo and some basic layout changes.
2. Free version will also full usage up to 10 invoices, 1 user and/or $1,000 in billing.
Gold Version will cost $9/month (or $90/year) and include 50 invoices, 1 user and $10,000 in billing.
Platinum Version will cost $19/month (or $199/year) and include unlimited invoices, 10 users and unlimited billing.
3. Build will also include an automated email system which includes (1) confirmation of registration free account. (2) Automated emails to free accounts once every 14 days (3) Confirmation of billing after a billing has happened.
Payment will not be made for starting the project - however we will place 30% in escrow which will be released when working draft is delivered.
I'm unclear of the cost of building/copying such a platform so I've included a large range in our price.
Site must be fully optimised for Mobile and SEM.
