Build Laravel-based Website with Bootstrap Theme

We currently have a fresh installation of Laravel on a development server ready for the successful developer to start work on. It is crucial that a bidder can demonstrate experience of Laravel as this is a small, but complex, build. There is also plenty more on-going work for the successful developer once this is completed. PROJECT BRIEF: The development name of this website is 'JUNDA'. There are two types of account that can be registered on JUNDA: a company account and a normal user account. In order to create an account on JUNDA, users will fill out a pre-defined form and link their Facebook and/or Twitter accounts. Companies will register an account on JUNDA in order to create adverts that they embed on their own websites or social media platforms. The adverts will be in either JPEG, PNG or GIF format at 336 x 288 resolution. Their websites will need to be verified before the adverts (called 'widgets') can be shown, much as Google verifies a domain. They will then pre-load credit via PayPal integration on to the advert - for example, £500. The idea here is that the company can then either define a fixed pay-out amount per share (i.e. £10) or let JUNDA decide the pay-out amount based on a simple algorithm. Each advert will display a bar at the bottom showing how much 'credit' is remaining and users of JUNDA can 'share' the advert on the social media accounts they've connected with their JUNDA account and receive the pay-out amount specified by the company. Once the widget is created and the credit loaded, they will be given the share code (likely an iframe such as a YouTube embed) for their site. The widget will also be held for approval by a JUNDA superadmin. Once approved, the widget will become live. Once the credit is depleted, the widget will stay live but users will not earn for sharing it on anymore. From the user perspective, they would sign up to the site and connect their social media accounts. They could then browse a feed of widgets posted by companies on JUNDA or, if they come across a site with a JUNDA advert, they could click the JUNDA share icon below the widget/advert. On doing so, they'll be asked if they'd like to share the widget for £X (whatever the company or algorithm defined). If they do, the company's credit will be debited and the user will have that amount added to their account. Users will be paid automatically on a monthly basis via PayPal. It is essential that all shares to social media platforms are tracked through JUNDA so that users can be paid appropriately and companies can see how their per-widget credit is being depleted. Companies can also create as many widgets as they like and each have their own amount of credit assigned. Please find spreadsheet with algorithm attached - this is the algorithm that'll be used if the company does not define a fixed pay-out share price. We have also attached the form fields for sign up, etc. Once you understand the concept, the build should be fairly straight-forward, especially with Laravel. If you have any questions, please do ask.
