Build a MVP for a market place

Hello, I am looking for someone or a team who already have an existing market place system that he can bend to my requirements or someone who can work from scratch using a PHP framework to build for me a MVP(Minimum Viable Product) withing the shortest time possible. (7 days). Due to budget constraints I won't be offering to pay a lot of money as for now but as the project grows after verifying the idea I will be willing to pay the cost of building the entire system.
