Build a Marketplace Web for Forward Sale "Salamsale"

Salamsale is forward sale contract where people buy/order products and pay immediately but delivery of product in the future, in several months or even several years.
What we want to build is a marketplace for this forward sale contract. There will be three parties or three type of members in this market place, the producer, the trader and the user.
The producer can offer what they want to produce and delivery in certain dates. The trader pay in front, so the producer can produce their goods.
Upon agreed date, the producer deliver the product the trader, the trader then sell this product to the user.
Benefit for the producer, they can get up front payment so they can produce the goods.
For the trader, the get profit margin which is different price paid by the user and cost he paid to the producer.
For the user - they get somebody to produce the goods they need, somebody to pay the production cost and the user only need to pay the goods when it is ready.
Each party will be able to rate the other two parties for the quality of product, price, delivery/payment time, and services.
