Build an Online Casino System

Hello, BEFORE BID READ THE WHOLE PROJECT DESCRIPTION My company want to create an online casino using PHP framework (Example: Code Igniter with bootstrap ...) for management panel. For games we want you to propose us a technology (Example: Adobe Flash , Unity, HTML5 etc...). We already have all resouces for 49 games that all are the same (5 reels) with different graphics, sounds. Be aware that most difficult part is the math algorithm for winning percentage. You will provide complete source for all the work done and we are going to start a long term partnership for updates and new games. Thanks
