I worked on Disney Media Group back end for their social media change over, I have no idea if they are still using it but I have the experience of some of things we did wrong trying to get it built in a hurry, that I can avoid those mistakes. Depending on what the mock up looks like the code underneath may have to change. Getting the API data to divisor based page is not hard. Getting multiple sets of java script stubs to work on the same page usually requires changing variable names and so forth which means the code starts looking ugly, and is harder to maintain. Each analytics page polls the website they are getting which means that the page loads the queries to that database and having them all on one page means building code to poll all of them based on a page refresh button or code block to run it real time. So the metrics data might have to be on sub pages that either loaded separated and pulled from much like a view in sql, or embedded in pages using old school web code and divs. So the website would need to support php, java script and sql server (of some kind) or at least java script and sql server. For the most part what you are asking for seems simple but tedious to build. The design mock up could make things interesting so the 15 days plus three days of padding is with that in mind, and more details on does the website it will exist on already exist, does it have a sql data base, the more back end that has to be built the longer it takes.
