Build a Website

The project is to create a social media scheduling website currently just for Instagram, this would involve creating implementing an Instagram API we have found which can be used to do all the actions that can be done via a mobile phone. The website is based on the Laravel framework and already has an admin backend in place for managing users and subscriptions, the backend script used can be seen here: [login to view URL] The only front end html/css/js design that would be required would be for the user dashboard which we would like to look similar to the attached image, this is the dashboard for onlypult which is also an Instagram scheduling tool. The rest of the website front end will be completed by ourselves. We would like to base the project on the following website: [login to view URL] ideally with as many of the same features for instagram scheduling. We have some knowledge of PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML5 and MYSQL but not enough to implement the API. As I mentioned above we already have an Instagram API that we have tested and is working perfectly we would just like assistance implementing it into a website. The API also includes proxy support and all the functions that can be done via a mobile phone.
