Build a Website

I need a website for publishers. Where they get links to promote, and also they can see how much they have made. I would like the website to function like [url removed, login to view] or fans2cash.com. I already have a website. i can just make copies of the websites and making different sub domains. So what i need from you guys is to make a publisher website where they can 1) sign up and login anytime. 2) unique tracking links should assigned for each member 3) and url adding box for me , when ever i want to add new posts on their publisher panel . i should add a post in a box and it should automatically assign post to all publishers with unique tracking link. 4) have a analytics to check quality of traffic (i don't want my publishers to cheat me by buying traffic) 5) multiply each traffic from links that was promoted x cpc. (to get their earnings) I am looking for similar website if anyone can develop, please take a look (mylikes , skylikes, fans2cash, vegmomos )
