The first phase I require quotes for is a proof of concept project, after which I would hope to continue to build a professional relationship with a designer.
The proof of concept will involve the creation of standard website, the design is unimportant. It is the functionality and the ability of the designer/developer I would like to gauge. A user of the site must be able to up load a .gpx file (see attached file gpx file data [login to view URL]), these are created by gps technologies, regarding a persons/objects moments. As a user I must then be presented with two templates to chose from in order to display this (attached are two files as an example). Then I must have the ability to save the image . The image must be suitable for creating a poster from.
upload > transform data to a visual image > save image
The whole emphasis is of the project is on the translation of the data to a visual image which can be used elsewhere.
