I believe this is just an informative website for a startup, and not an eCommerce website. Even the informative website would cost around $80 with a qualified WordPress developer. But, I understand the limitations of a startup because I have also been an entrepreneur. I would love to work with this including idea-sharing and more. For an initial web development of an informative WordPress website, I can do this in a couple of hours.
