Hi I would like a website that a member can join up and pay if desired (optional). When they login there are 4 simple pages with forms. The user can submit info in the forms to a database.
Another user can access that information and say check it off if it has been actioned or leave it open. (this would be like a work request) These 4 different forms/pages would submit different info that can then be archived and searched.
A user logs in and can select any one of 4 pages that have forms. They can then submit the info in the forms to a database.
the user can look at the info in the database and tick it off when it has been actioned. Once ticked off it is archived.
The submitted information will have a date field.
The information can be searched by this date, unique id name etc
