It is an Oil (Petroleum Product) Depot Management System. It has four(4) major modules. The First Module is the Customer Management. It is a mobile component that allows the customer to transact business with the depot through their mobile phone. This component generate an intelligent lifting schedule and intelligent delivery schedule. It also generate a unique transaction number per customer after the customer has paid. The second module is the Analytics module that computes analytics like the Re-ordering level, expected date of product exhaustion, average daily sales, actual daily sales, average daily profit, actual daily profit etc. The analytics module allows the customer to lift his product at the depot after presentation of the unique transaction number. This module should allow the depot to receive product only if it meets specified standards. It might do this by allowing access to the product receiving page only if the product meets the standard. The analytics module manages and coordinates the whole depot operation. The third module is the Quality testing module. This Module has a template against which result of actual product test is compared. It will also have a system of testing the quality of petroleum product. The Fourth module is the Tracking module. The tracking module tracks the location of trucks used in delivering products to the customers . The location report is made available to the depot management, staff and customers that paid for the product.
