Build a bootstrap website on HTML + php

We have the design of a website consisting of 4 different page type. The main page and one content page design are in attachment now.
The top logo area need to be fixed.
The menu can have submenus as shown in the jpg. I will send the complete sitemap.
The big banner area + HİZMETLERİMİZ title areas should fit the %100 screen height. The banner is a slider. 3 images will rotate with a fade in-out animation.
The next area "ELEMAN KİRALAMA HİZMETLERİ" is fixed width (1200) and height. (of course with bootsrap css it can be visible until 960px, then it will reduce to 1 box for each line)
On the bottom all the 3 areas (BİZ KİMİZ, İLKELERİMİZ, HEDEFLERİMİZ) should divide the screen by 2, and the height should change accordingly to the width.
For the content page design, the top area should fit the %50 height, and the rest is simple, fixed width.
We will send a contact form design and a photogallery page design too.
The deadline is very tight. I need to see the main page in 1 day, and all completed at monday.
