Build a financial calculator, enhance current website features and design

Continuation of previous phase 1 developed by a freelancer..... * Need to enhance simple features of the site * Need to develop a budget calculator Users must be able to.... - Must be able to enter income source, amount, and frequency - Must be able to enter expense type, amount, and frequency - Must be able to enter debt source, amount, frequency, interest rate, debt balance, and other data pertinent to the debt type. - Must be able to provide a summary that shows all income, expenses and debt with information such as pie charts of percentages, etc. - Summary page must be printable - Amounts according to frequency must be calculated to monthly to determine the data on the summary page. For example, if a cell phone bill is $300 every quarter (3 months), then the actual amount should come out $100. This has to match what the income frequency is. * Update current CMS to existing website (files provided) - Blog insertion and deletion required - Be able to add pages when old blogs are not featured on the main page (blog archives) - Be able to remove pages Basically anything and everything that makes sense. Many developers say what they can do, however, only a few are creative enough to generate ideas. This is what we need.
