Build a full width Audio Bar on my Wordpress Site (Like Soundcloud)

I need a full width audio bar to be built on my wordpress website that pops up on the bottom of a user's screen the user clicks play on an audio file. I would like the audio bar to display a waveform of the audio file while it plays as well. I already have the buttons on the website for playing and pausing the audio, I just need something visual where users can change the part of the song and see the waveform, track title and artist name.
