To be very specific, we want the same functions and details which this website has to be in a new shape and in a new website www (dot) offerup (dot) com
The new website and its mobile applications (android, iPhone, iOS) will be in Arabic. We will provide native translation for the categories and everything else.
Make sure about these functions:
1. The website must be responsive
2. Application for IPhone and android devices
3. Sing up forms or to use social media extension to log in and signup
4. Contact forms
5. The website must be SEO friendly and ready with SEO.
6. Offer system to make offers for the publisher and communication between the sellers and the buyer.
7. Search for the products between available offers
8. When loading the website to find the offers available from the nearest location of the visitor.
9. Admin area which show the communication between the advertisers and the buyers, managing the ads on the website to approve, edit, remove etc… also to add and edit the categories...etc
10. Client area which show the data for the client and his communication history etc…
In short, the website must has the same functions as the mentioned website but as I said in a new shape.

PAYMENTS TERMS:
To protect our self from that the freelancer will leave us in the middle of the project, we are ready to create milestone based on the below terms:
OPTION 1: 2 MILESTONES
1. First milestone is 30% (not more than $499) of the total project amount which will be released only after the website has been done and fixing all the bugs and issues and transfer the website to our hosting.
2. 2ND milestone is 70% (the rest amount of the project). Will be released after receiving the mobile applications and fixing all the issue of the applications and the website.
We made it 30% and then 70% to make sure that the freelancer will finish the website part and then will continue with us to finish the 2nd part (applications) of the project. Hope your understanding.
If we will break the deal from our side, then we will release extra 20% (or agreed price between the 2 parties) of the project amount for the freelancer. Breaking the deal from our side regarding that the freelancer is not able to provide the applications or to make them work probably in certain time (agreed time), then we will not release any extra payments as this will be caused from the freelancer side not from our side.
Option 2:
1 milestone which will has 100% of the project amount which will be released after finishing all the project, the freelancer can host the website and other services on his servers. All tests will be done on his server and also the applications, this is to protect the freelancer and our side from any fraud actions.
