Build a search engine. (web site)

I'm looking for a developer to design a solid Meta Search Website which will be crawling Search results

from top 10 big search engines

9. we want the features to display current date & time of any country with weather on the site

10. but just type and search the name of the country

12. by invoking jobs results from [url removed, login to view] and displaying it on our site

13. Dictionary option must be fetching all the meanings from must popular dictionary website and

arrange display on the page without leaving our site
