Build a simple data scraper (with CURL)

Fairly quick and simple task for PHP developers. I need a PHP script which will allow me to download HTML behind password-protected page. I need it quick. This is how I see the logic: 1) Send initial single request to the URL with password/login details in order to authorise Curl Handler and get the cookie. 2) Send subsequent array of requests all using auth-cookie to bypass double authentification 3) Save delivered HTML into MySQL I believe you might already have that script in your collection, so just point it to my server with login/password and sell it to me.
