Build a website that allows users to log in and to upload images and pdfs and tag and add descriptions to them. The tags and descriptions should be searchable within the database. Also third party search engine should be able to find the tags as well, (google, yahoo, bing, etc.).

Website function and general desgin is completed, powerpoint and word doc. will outline all projects details.
