We would like to create an Arabic section of our site. Only main things will be translated and the layout of the website has to change from left to right to right to left. In addition to that we have bugs that need fixing that will be discussed with you in detail and we want some features and minor changes to be done. Also our website is scoring low on Google speed test, this will need to be fixed. I will reward this project to whoever can show me previous experience with the following: 1- Created Arabic sections for different sites in the past 2- Has proven background in creating Magento stores 3- Proven background in optimizing Magento stores and bug fixes

I don't know what these people are thinking bidding $100 to $500 or so. There is a lot of work involved in a blingual site that is both LTR and RTL. It takes time and requires skill.
