Change som options in PHP

Right now I have an auction website. I changed the option to be only buy now instead of auctions, but now I'm stuck. In the options I have shipping options. I want to delete the buy now option so it will be only shipping. So when you post an 'auction' you only write shipping price, and when you go to 'single auction page' you only see the shipping price, and that is the only thing the user pay for. When you press 'buy now' you get redirected to a paying site. I want that to be the same, just where you only pay for shipping. Beside that I want an option in single auction page where you can press something like 'Pick it up', and you don't pay anything and get redirected to a page where you can contact the one who posted the 'auction', and then you don't pay anything but you still 'won the auction'. So remove buy now option, and users only pay for the shipping options I already got, and get redirected to the same page. AND a 'Pick it up' button on the 'single auction page, where you get redirected to another page, and you don't pay, you know if the user is close to the poster and he wants to pick it up, instead of getting it sent.
