Hi, I'm Matt and am sure I can help you (webmaster for 20+ years). Are all your MySQL databases available/accessible via phpMyAdmin? Do you have all login information? How many MySQL databases do you need to optimize? Of course optimizing via phpMyAdmin will more or less just compact data, rebuild some indexes and repair data if it's possible.
