I also need someone to review the site in google webmaster to make sure the site is not seen as infected in the eyes of Google.

So I need to check each file and folder manually. I will also check your SQL file because I have found malicious script or suspicious script in SQL file many times. Thanks

However, I have seen some very bad situations with backdoors that could not be located by scanning tools, so at worst, it might need a complete removal of the site directory and a reinstall.
