Capabilities needed: 1. display an invisible background video over a web page. 2. be able to poistion the video on the web page. 3. provide start/stop buttons for the video. 4. set a cookie for each visitor to query the number of times the visitor has visited and then take appropriate action. 5. probably have this as a script that will execute from a base php script on a a base site of mine. 6. need to be totally responsive.
