We have designed and coded many custom sites and applications of varied extents and complexity. I have good programmers with experience in PHP, Codeigniter and complex MySql queries. They also have a good grasp over English. The team member whom I propose to assign to you has worked on many complex and extensive applications. I will also be personally coordinating and communicating and will be responsible to you for all deliverables. I ensure availability 2 hours or more everyday and more as and when required of this team member. I can also assign additional team members if required. My only concern is that I cannot take up hourly projects that need to be monitored by Freelancer Time tracker - this is because I cannot give access to my Freelancer account to team members. So please advise. I generally take up fixed cost projects - this is possible if you can define a set of work and we can assess scope and give cost for it and then move forward.
