Design a CAC scheme in Matlab that simply checks the expected received SNR in dB and either accept or reject based on certain threshold. To demonstrate it's performance, take 20 users and allocate received SNR randomly in the range of 0 to 20dB. For various threshold of 5, 10 and 15 dB your code should be able to demonstrate how many of them are admitted. You must also analyse the achieved result.
