Configure and Write a few REST API Calls in CakePHP

I want to setup a REST API in CakePHP. I have the DB schema, just wanted to create 5 REST API calls from that DB schema. I am new to CakePHP, and needs a head-start for the future development. Also, I want the auth and social auth(FB/Gmail) implemented in CakePHP. I want the freelancer to prepare a small video of whatever configuration he is going to make on fresh Ubuntu setup, so that it will be easier for me to make configuration in future. Freelancer also need to provide a small documentation, explaining how to extend the REST Framework, project structure etc. For experienced freelancers, it will be a work of 1-2 hour.
