Convert a Template to a Website

I a working on a senior project that I need help with. The website is written in PHP and I need a few queries to be written in a [login to view URL] file so when the forms are submitted they read, insert, and update from the database. This is very basic PHP code writing / queries. the concept is a basic reservation system. Register: 1. Insert ID number, First and Last name into table. Error check to make sure you are inserting valid information. If not error message of what needs to be corrected. Reservation process is as follows: a. Input Last Name and ID Number - Validate fields before checking to see if info is in the database. If in database continue to reservation form. Else Error message to please register. Reservation form will insert the details into the database. - Validate fields before inserting into DB Final part is a report of the reservation to print to the screen Very simple coding required but need within 3 days.
