Correct a Javascript Conflict that's causing Revolution Slider not to work

two of my websites updated to Revolution Slider 5.0 last week, and since then the sliders don't work right anymore. I believe the issue is being caused by multiple javascript calls that are conflicting... this assumption is only being made because it's happened before and that was the problem... It could be something else, but on one site if I activate NextGen gallery it causes the slider to not show the images, just an empty space where its suppose to be.
