Hello! Regarding the import and export of CSV files including manipulation of data in Access, I can do that, but I am not a Web programmer, and therefore my bid is for Access part of the project. If you are planning to move to Web eventually, I think it is good idea to go with some kind of free SQL database as backend in this phase (SQL Server or MySQL). In such case you can have both Access frontend and Web frontend, but, again, it is hard to find a single person who knows both. Regards, Branislav Mihaljev
