Create an IRC bot that will serve as an D&D GameMaster

Hi, I am very interested in being given the chance to work with you on this project. I am a freelance web and software developer with over a decade of experience. I am familiar with various programming and scripting languages, including C/C++, Java, Perl, Python, PHP, and TCL. I've been using IRC since the 90s, and have created a couple different bots for mIRC using the mIRC Scripting Language. I have also used Eggdrop since the 90s and I used to run a couple bots on some channels back in the day. I was also an Admin of an Eggdrop Bot Network. I am one of the contributors listed in the AUTHORS file who helped provide bug and code fixes. I also provided major updates to the userinfo tcl script. I have been subscribed to the official Eggdrop Mailing Lists since the 90s. I have an Associate Degree in Computer Science, and I plan on getting my Bachelor's in CS with a possible minor in Mathematics. I have worked at least 6 years as an Independent Contractor for a company called Boomdizzle (a social music hip hop website). I helped maintain their servers, create static and dynamic web pages, and custom themes based on designs they gave me.
